Not every questionnaire has a response, especially if it is from a group not specific to Carroll County. This election cycle has had fewer surveys and more forums or discussions. Most contacts have been one-man jobs on social media sites pretending to be legitimate organizations. I have tried to list each in the same order I have received them.
